5. How to register for gift redemption:
• Subject to Terms and Conditions, consumers must complete the following steps within 14 days from the date of purchase receipt:
• Present the original e-receipt (clearly showing the product name and model, purchase amount and electronic payment method) and the physical
barcode of the product packaging box (as pictured), to contact Philips Home Appliances Customer Service Centre (Tel: 2109 0636) to redeem the
gift.
6. If consumer fails to provide the physical barcode of the product packaging box, the gift will not be redeemed.
7. Gifts are available on a first-served, first-served basis.
8. If consumer fails to redeem the gift within the specified period, the gift will be deemed to have been forfeited and will not be reissued.
9. Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, returned or exchanged.
10. If the product is to be refunded or exchanged, the refund or exchange procedure can only be made if the gift is returned at the same time. The gift must
be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, otherwise the original price of the gift will be charged before it can be returned or exchanged.
11. Parallel imports are not included.

13. In case of any disputes, the decision of Versuni Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
14. Versuni Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel this event at any time without prior notice.
15. All details of this Event, as well as the Terms and Conditions, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and Versuni Hong Kong Limited and the Participant
shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
