This Website (the “Site”) is held by Versuni Hong Kong Limited ("Versuni” or “we”). Versuni entrusts Baozun Hongkong Limited (“Baozun”) to operate this Site and authorizes Baozun to sell the Philips Domestic Appliances via this Website.

Baozun is the only seller of Products on the Site. If you place an order on this Site and get confirmation from Baozun, a sales contract will be entered into between you and Baozun. For detailed transaction-related rules, please refer to the Sales Terms and Conditions published on this Site.
