Our company explicitly states that we will not bear any warranty, repair, or related responsibilities for product malfunctions caused by the use of adapter plugs (universal adapters), unauthorized replacement of power plugs, or the purchase of parallel-imported electrical appliances. When purchasing Philips Domestic Appliances, please ensure that you do so through official channels and select products equipped with three-pin plugs that comply with Hong Kong's socket system. This will help prevent potential risks to the safety of you and your family.
*Unless the appliance is equipped with a two-round-pin plug that meets safety standards BS4573 or EN50075 and is designed to be powered from shaver supply units in bathrooms (e.g., electric shavers, electric toothbrushes, or epilators).
