1. Promotion Period: 1 April 2025 – 11 May 2025, e-vouchers are available on a first-served basis (while stocks last)

3. How to register for voucher redemption:
Subject to other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, to participate in the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps within 14 days from the date of purchase receipt:
•Present the original electronic purchase receipt (clearly showing the product name and model, purchase amount and electronic payment method) and the physical barcode of the product packaging box (as pictures shown);
•Upload the purchase receipt, electronic payment slip or proof and the physical barcode of the product packaging box on the designated website within 14 days after purchase, and fill in the form to redeem the gift.
•After verification, the electronic redemption letter will be sent to the registered email address of the eligible person by email within 14 days after completing the form.
4. If the customer fails to provide the electronic purchase receipt and the physical barcode of the product packaging box, the gift cannot be redeemed.
5. Gifts are available based on the registration sequence, first-come, first-served and while stock lasts.
6. If the customer fails to register for redemption within the specified period, the gift will be deemed to have been forfeited and will not be reissued.
7.Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, returned or exchanged.
8. In the event of a refund or exchange, the refund or exchange process can only be made if the gift is returned at the same time. The gift must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, otherwise the original price of the gift will be charged before it can be returned or exchanged.
9. Parallel imports are not included in this activity.
10. Participants are required to consent to the collection and use of personal information provided by Versuni Hong Kong Limited, including name, phone number, email address, and order information, otherwise they may not be able to redeem the relevant gift. 11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Versuni Hong Kong Limited shall be final.
12. Versuni Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel this event at any time without prior notice.
13. All details of this Event, as well as the Terms and Conditions, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and Versuni Hong Kong Limited and the Participant shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
