Spring Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from February 23, 2026, to March 31, 2026 (inclusive of both start and end dates). During the promotion period, customers who meet the designated purchase amount and become a member of the Philips Domestic Appliances Official E-shop are eligible to register for gift redemption.
2. To participate in this promotion, participants must complete the following steps within 21 days of purchasing Philips products from designated retailers:
a.      Purchase products at designated retailers, including AEON, BBE, Broadway, Chung Yuen Electrical, Citistore, ElectBoy, Fortress, Galaxy Digital, Radiant Digital,Gear Digital, Go Sync Studio, HK Connect International Trading Co., HKTVmall Philips Flagship Store, Philips Domestic Appliances E-shop, Pro 1 Life, Sogo, Suning, Grand Mart Century, Hwa Fung Digital, Wing On, Yoho, APITA, UNY , CMK Electrical Store, SINCERE and Yue Hwa Chinese Products, and make a single transaction that meets the designated purchase amount using electronic payment methods.
b.      The promotion is applicable only to purchases of specified Philips home appliances, including coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, garment care products, and kitchen appliances. Products such as water dispensers, water purifiers, drying racks, lighting products, and personal care products are excluded. The purchase receipt must clearly state the name or model number of the purchased Philips home appliance and the transaction amount.
c.      To become a member of the Philips Domestic Appliances Official E-shop and complete registration within 21 days of purchase via the designated website Spring Rewards - Promotion Registration Form Submission will be verified and an e-redemption letter will be issued within 14working days. Please present the following at the designated redemption locations: the issued e-redemption letter, the original purchase receipt, the electronic payment record or proof, and the physical barcode from the product’s packaging. Failure to provide the required documents, including the electronic purchase receipt and physical barcode, will result in ineligibility for gift redemption. Customer can also choose to receive gift by mail (shipping fee to be paid by recipient), shipping details will be sent via email. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment transition.
3.      Subject to these Terms and Conditions, participants who purchase Philips products meeting the specified spending thresholds may redeem one of the following gifts*:
a. SpendHK$1,500 or more on Philips home appliances to redeem Philips Rechargeable Fabric Shaver GCA2200/10 (worth HK$238).
b. Spend HK$2,500 or more on Philips home appliances to redeem Philips Daily Collection Kettle HD9303/03 (worth HK$398).

1. Customers must redeem the relevant gift corresponding to their invoice amount and cannot exchange it for a different gift.
2. The promotion does not apply to parallel imported products. The gifts offered do not include product warranties and cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or replaced.
3. If a participant requests a refund or replacement for a product that was eligible for gift redemption, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Otherwise, the participant may be required to compensate for the full value of the gift before the refund or replacement can be processed.
4. Gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
5. The organizer reserves the right to change the gift models without prior notice due to stock availability.
6. If participants fail to register or redeem their gift within the specified period, they will be deemed to have forfeited their gift, and no replacement will be provided.

10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
