Delivery of Your Products
1.1 Charges may apply for our delivery service. Versuni HK will provide the relevant details and reach anagreement with the consumer before completing any order.
1.2 Versuni HK will only deliver according to the contact information and delivery address registered on the order.
1.3 Delivery service(applicable to orders delivered by SF Express to the specified deliveryaddress)
a) Customers can request delivery according to the delivery scope provided by SF Express in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, not applicable to PO boxes or postal numbers.
b) Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 5 working days after the order is accepted. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express for the actual delivery date.
c) For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, Track &Trace (sf-express.com)
1.4 Delivery Service(Applicable to SF Express Pickup Network)
a) If the customer chooses to pick up the goods at the SF Express store, please refer to
SFStore (sf-express.com), please select "S.F. Express Store Self Pickup" in the order address column and select the appropriate SF store.
b) Please enter a valid and correct mobile phone number in the order contact number field to receive a notification SMS containing pickup information from SF Express.
c) Under normal circumstances, we will ship the products after the order is accepted. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date. After the goods arrive at the SF station, VersuniHK will not be responsible for SF Express and subsequent arrangements and will not be responsible for it.
d) Customers need to pick up the shipment at the service point within 3 days after the notification SMS sent by SF Express is sent, and the overdue shipment will be collected by SFExpress. Customers need to call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline (+852 27300273) to reschedule the pickup
e) If the customer does not pick up the goods within 5 working days after the goods arrive at the station,the company reserves the right to take back the goods. If a rescheduled delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.
f) When the customer picks up the package at the SF station, it is necessary to check the recipient information before picking up the package.
g) For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, Track &Trace (sf-express.com).
1.5 Delivery service(applicable to orders sent to the designated delivery address by Versuni HK authorizedlogistics company)
a) The delivery service is limited to the fixed address in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which can be delivered by land transportation, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon,New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
b) If the delivery address is Discovery Bay, there will be a charge of HK$120.
c) Delivery service is not applicable to non-fixed addresses, airport borders, restricted areas, outlying islands.
d) Under normal circumstances, Versuni HK authorised delivery service partner will contact the recipient by the provided mobile phone number within 4 working days after the order is accepted to confirm the delivery date and time. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. When the goods arrive, please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and confirm receipt of the goods by the recipient with signature.
e) The delivery service time is from Monday to Saturday, starting from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The actual delivery time will be affected by actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather and other factors, and will be delivered by the delivery service. The delivery person and the recipient make the final confirmation.
f) If the delivery address does not have a direct lift, Versuni HK will charge an additional service fee(HK$50 per floor) based on number of floors, except for the ground floor, which will be collected in cash by the delivery person.
g) If the delivery address you have registered fails to complete the delivery and sign for the good receipt due to security issues or other reasons, Versuni HK reserves the right to charge the re-delivery fee. The paid shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refundable.
1.6 Except for special circumstances, the consignee must successfully receive the goods within 14 days after the order is accepted, otherwise, the goods shall be abandoned.
1.7 The delivery will bedeclared complete when the items are delivered to the address you provided.
1.8 After delivery is complete, the merchandise will be on your own responsibility.
1.9 In case of any dispute, VersuniHK reserves the right of final decision and cannot be overturned.
